Agreement

By accessing northidahosunsets.com ("the Site") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by TukuDev LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an Idaho limited liability company.

Products and Orders

• We sell fine art photography prints in various sizes and media (lustre paper and canvas).
• All prints are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Prodigi, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• Product images on the Site are representative. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from order placement.
• Production typically takes 3–5 business days; shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

• Because all prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
• If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Intellectual Property

• All photographs on this Site are original works and are protected by copyright.
• Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any images from this Site without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TukuDev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. You agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
